Employees will not work as hard as we entrepreneurs do.
We entrepreneurs work like beasts. But in the majority of the cases, employees will not do the same. We entrepreneurs cannot be that stupid to expect the same dedication towards the vision from our employees. Once we understand this fundamental approach, then we open the door to look into this matter from a different angle.
We entrepreneurs must stop comparing employees with ourselves. It helps to put aside unrealistic expectations.
Instead, entrepreneurs should focus on managing the employees’ efforts in a given time to the maximum. This approach is better for overall progress. It also makes the “time” of an employee more valuable and goals more specific.
An entrepreneur’s responsibility towards an employee is- to maximize the impact of the employee’s effort at a given time.
