Understanding “the context” is crucial for an entrepreneur.
Every single thing in the universe has context attached to it. Be it an action, a thought, a word or a consequence. 🔗
In general, our approach to life is pretty linear. We just see what’s in front of our eyes. And accept things the way they have been presented.
And then, not stopping there, we start labelling. We’re always busy labelling things without knowing their contexts.
It’s where things get messy. Really messy. 💩🤢
Instead, if we could stop for a while, take a deep breath and ask the most primitive yet revolutionary question of the universe.
– Why? 💡
Then we become open to empathising with life, situations and people.
- Why is the person praising you or insulting you?
- Why someone needs the job more than others?
- Why is the employee always late to the office?
- Why the manager gets angry now and then?
The answer to the “why” is the context. 👌👍
And when you know the context, you take better decisions. Because you start to understand- how things work?
Try to observe what’s in between the lines. The main story always lies between the lines. 🏆
