From my own experience

In the initial stages of my business journey, I used to put all my energy and focus on the product or service of the business. I mean, the real thing that my customers were getting.

My thoughts were always on,

how much better way can I give the service to my customers?

Or how much better and more useful can I develop my product?

From my limited experience and knowledge, I thought that only the direct aspects of a business are the keys to success.

But later, I realized that direct aspects of a business must be kept at the centre of the business, those are the foundations of a business. And, you have to surround that centre with the indirect aspects of a business, which are the possibilities of a business. That is how a business gets a strong foundation and strong potential.

These direct aspects include product, pricing etc, and indirect aspects include business branding, customer relationship etc.
