Culture is the driving factor in every community

They say a loyal community is an ultimate asset in business. A community is not only just a group of individuals. It is a group of individuals with common interests, tastes, beliefs, purpose, values, financial status, behavioural patterns, and so many other shared elements.

One who has a loyal community, can milk it to make unimaginable things happen. Be it for good or for evil.

Now on the web, a community can be created in seconds and maintained from anywhere. Entrepreneurs are smart, and they are wildly using this technological power. Everyone is in a race to develop a loyal community surrounding their business.

But many of them are missing one fundamental point; a community is a culture.
